HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery times consist of two phases:
Processing Time:
1-2 business days for order confirmation, quality check, and packaging.
Delivery Time:
Australia: 5-12 business days.
Shipping Options:
Free standard shipping on all orders placed today.
If free shipping does not apply, a standard shipping fee of AUD 7 applies.
WAREHOUSE HOURS & ORDER DEADLINES:
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (AEST) will be processed the next business day.
ADDRESS CHANGES:
Address changes can only be made within 3 hours after placing your order.
After this window, the order is already being processed and cannot be changed.
If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@camille-melbourne.com.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours after placing it.
After this period, the order is immediately processed, and cancellation or edits are no longer possible.
LOST OR RETURNED PACKAGES:
If a package is deemed lost or undeliverable due to courier issues, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
Refunds will not be issued in these cases.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a reshipping fee may apply.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS:
We deeply apologize if your item arrives damaged or incorrect. Here’s how we resolve it:

We will send a replacement item free of charge.

If the replacement is also defective, we will issue a full refund.
Note: Refunds are not issued for the first defective item—only if the replacement is also defective.
