Important: Please read this return policy carefully. By making a purchase, you automatically agree to these terms. No exceptions are allowed.
RETURNS
Time Frame:
You have 30 days from receiving your order to return the item.
Conditions:
Returned items must:

Be unused and unwashed

Have all original tags attached

Be in original and undamaged packaging

Not smell of perfume, deodorant, or detergent
Exceptions:
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items:

Underwear, lingerie, tights

Swimwear
-
Accessories
-
Skincare or personal care products
-
Items marked as SALE
How to Return:
Send an email to info@camille-melbourne.com with the following information:

Your order number

Reason for return
-
A photo, if the item is damaged or defective

Your full name and contact details
EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
We offer instant exchange, which means you can choose a different size and have your new item shipped immediately.
Conditions for Instant Exchange / Shop Now with Credit:

You have 14 days to return your original item (it must be scanned at the post office within this time).

An amount of 1 DKK will be reserved on your card. If the return is not scanned within 14 days, the full amount for the new item will be charged.

All returns are subject to a handling fee, which covers both return and reshipping costs.
If you do not wish to exchange immediately, you can opt for store credit, valid for 6 months from the issue date.
All store credits are issued in DKK.
NO REFUNDS, BUT GREAT CREDIT
We do not offer refunds, even for reorders or incorrect sizing.
Instead, you will receive store credit equivalent to the full value of the item, provided the return requirements are met.
For defective or incorrect items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost. If it happens again, we will refund the full purchase amount.
SHIPPING & COSTS
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return packages must be sent to China, with shipping starting from 35AUD.
Always use Track & Trace – we are not responsible for lost return packages.
ORDER CANCELLATION OR CHANGES
Orders can be cancelled or changed as long as they have not been processed or shipped.
Contact us as soon as possible at info@camille-melbourne.com with your order number and the change you'd like to make.
Once your order is being processed, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
As our items ship from Asia, transit times may be longer. We have no control over this.
If the items are already en route to you, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until you receive the items and then return them to us.
