Returns

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can.

If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The order still contains all relevant parts and components, and the packaging is intact.

  • The product has been handled normally, with no damage due to careless handling.

  • Items where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

  • The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.

We reserve the right to charge shipping costs to the customer.

Return shipping fee policy:

  • If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g. you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, etc.), the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific fee depends on the courier or shipping company you choose.

  • If the return is due to our fault (e.g. the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect), the consumer will not have to bear the return shipping cost.

Returns will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.

We reserve the right to reject returned items if there is suspicion that the items have been used or damaged in a way for which we are not responsible.


How do I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to start the return process:

Please include the following in your email:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the product if damaged

  • Your full name

  • Your address

We will then contact you with the correct return address.
Do not send returns to the sender’s address. We will provide you with the correct return address after your request.
You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.


Return Policy

Consumers have a right of withdrawal if they are individuals entering into a contract for purposes not predominantly related to their commercial or business activities.

A. Cancellation Terms

Right of withdrawal:
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party approved by you (other than the carrier) receives the last item in the order.

As we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed.
Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process once the order has been placed, so refunds are not possible once the goods have been received.


Transit Shipping Rules

Because our products are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer than expected, which is beyond our control.
If your items are already en route, withdrawal is not possible. Please wait until you have received the items and then return them to us.
Of course, you may notify us in advance of your intention to withdraw.
To ensure the fastest return process, please send us proof of shipment.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, except for delivery costs (and except for additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days after we receive notice of your withdrawal and receipt of the goods.
We will use the same payment method used in the original transaction unless otherwise agreed with you. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR MAIN WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE, unless the return is caused by an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
